With 20 years in leadership and professional roles across talent and technology, driving innovation and growth, Natalie has developed deep empathy and trust with the leaders and teams she serves. Natalie’s experience spans finance, marketing, business development, account management, product development, change and transformation, leadership, HR, and coaching. Natalie has coached executives and leaders from entry-level to the C-suite, and worked with clients in various industries including IT, Financial Services, Government, Mining, Education, Startups, Nonprofits, and the Health and Wellness industry.

Through her own deep personal transformation and authentic unfolding, and through coaching and facilitation experiences with different leaders and teams, Natalie has embodied the journey of becoming her true nature and shifting focus from self to service of humanity.
